2. SMS Program Terms
Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated informational text messages from 20 59 Ventures Corp for support notifications, appointment reminders, housing updates, and placement status.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and referral requests.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-Out: To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to our number at any time. You will receive a final confirmation text before we unsubscribe your device.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and updated contact information, including your phone number. You agree to notify us immediately if you change or deactivate the phone number you registered with us.
4. Limitation of Liability
20 59 Ventures Corp and mobile network carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
5. Fees, Payments & Refunds
No fees are charged through this website. Housing seekers never pay us online. For government and enterprise procurement (RFQ portal), payment — if any — is handled offline by invoice or Government Purchase Card (GPC) under the terms stated in the quote or contract. If a GPC micro-purchase is cancelled before fulfillment, or a duplicate charge occurs, we reverse the charge to the same card within 30 days of written notice to support@2059ventures.com. Rent advances and damage coverage under the landlord Guaranteed Housing Program are governed by the separate written program agreement, not by this page.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
