2. SMS & Mobile Information (Important)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. Under no circumstances will we share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out our forms, request housing placement, apply as a landlord partner, or get in touch. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, veteran status, senior status, and other details related to your housing needs or property. We collect only what is needed to evaluate and coordinate your request — if a field is optional, it is labeled as such. Analytics tools on public pages never receive intake form contents.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt-in to receive SMS from us:

• Opt-In: Consent is obtained through web forms where you explicitly check a box to receive messages.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our phone number. We will send you an SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and will no longer send messages to your device.

5. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to safeguard your information. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure. We recommend that you do not send sensitive personal credentials (like social security numbers) over standard text messages.

6. Your Privacy Rights (Access, Correction, Deletion)

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request:

• Email info@2059ventures.online with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us whether you want access, correction, or deletion, plus the name, phone number, or email you used with us.
• We verify identity before acting (for example, by confirming contact details already on file) and respond within 30 days.
• Deletion covers our website records, chat transcripts, analytics profiles we control, and requests to our service providers (messaging, CRM). For instant chat deletion, open the Harry assistant and choose Clear Chat — this deletes the conversation on our AI provider and wipes your local copy immediately. Records we must keep by law (e.g. federal retention mandates, fair-housing documentation) are retained only as long as required and then securely deleted.
• Unsubmitted intake drafts are automatically purged after 90 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are for adults aged 18 and older, including veterans, seniors, case managers, and property partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@2059ventures.online and we will delete it promptly.

8. Email Communications

We send email only in response to your inquiries and casework (transactional and support messages) — we operate no bulk marketing-email program. If that ever changes, every marketing email will identify us, tell you why you received it, and include a one-click unsubscribe link plus a postal address, and opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days.
