1. How we handle consent

When you first visit our site, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. Necessary cookies are always on because the site cannot function without them. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time:

2. Necessary (always on)

  • Consent choice (consent-v1, first-party, local storage, 12 months): remembers your Accept / Reject / Customize selection so we do not ask on every visit.
  • Accessibility & display (a11y-prefs-v1, first-party, local storage, 12 months): remembers text size, contrast, and motion preferences from the Accessibility toolbar.
  • Security & delivery (Cloudflare, e.g. __cf_bm, short-lived): bot protection and reliable page delivery. No advertising use.

3. Analytics (opt-in only)

  • Google Analytics 4 (_ga, up to 13 months): aggregate visit measurement. Loaded in denied-consent mode until you accept; see Google's safeguards.
  • Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk, up to 12 months): session behavior to fix usability issues. The script is not loaded at all until you accept analytics.
  • PostHog (ph_*, up to 12 months): product analytics with capturing opted out by default; opt-in occurs only through the banner. Intake and form submissions are never tied to advertising identifiers.

4. Marketing (opt-in only)

  • LinkedIn Insight & conversions (li_fat_id, first-party, 30 days; LinkedIn tags on acceptance): measures outreach effectiveness and builds audiences only after you accept marketing cookies. Intake and referral pages are excluded from ad tracking entirely.

5. Service providers (not advertising)

  • Telnyx (chat, voice, SMS delivery): powers the Harry assistant and messaging. Conversations are service records, not ad profiles.
  • Odoo CRM: stores inquiries you submit so staff can respond. No sale of personal data.
  • FontAwesome / Google Fonts CDN: interface icons (FontAwesome Free, CC BY 4.0 — attribution via project files) and the Inter typeface (SIL Open Font License). These CDNs may log routine technical data (e.g. IP address) when loading assets. All logos, photography, and copy on this site are owned by 20 59 Ventures Corp or used with permission.

6. Managing cookies yourself
