Guaranteed Housing Program Eligibility
Advance rent (up to 2 months) and damage coverage ($500) are offered only in qualifying cases. Property must meet our standards, tenant must pass screening, and written agreement required. Not all applications qualify.
Damage Protection Limitations
$500 damage coverage applies only to verified tenant-caused incidents under lease terms. Normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, and damages exceeding $500 are excluded.
Technology Features by Unit
Smart locks, digital management features, and technology amenities may vary by individual property and unit. Not all locations include all advertised technology features.
Housing Availability & Applications
Housing availability is limited and subject to application review. Veterans and seniors receive priority, but placement is not guaranteed. All applicants must meet eligibility requirements.

We accept HUD-VASH vouchers where applicable and available. Voucher acceptance subject to property participation in programs and current availability. Processing times may vary.
